David Vario: Building, Serving, Believing

This space is designed to offer the reader a bit about who I am.

Thank you for visiting!

"Jesus is the only true Christian, the rest of us are just in awe of Him"

Think about it, Jesus' life on earth is the saddest most heartbreaking human story ever.

And the most amazing.

My trust in Jesus Christ and his patient, loving work is the touchstone of my life. My gratitude shapes my decisions, my service, and my outlook on life, offering a certainty that empowers quiet purpose.

He called himself God yet He served others, healed those who suffered, prayed for those who sought his death and patiently tried to show them the error of their ways.

He taught in their synagogues and byways, brought hope to those who were despairing and taught that God is a God of compassion and draws all men to himself.

Yet he was rejected by the people who he healed and taught; He was plotted upon and condemned by the leaders of Israel and Rome; He was betrayed by Judas who he loved and all his disciples abandoned him. He was led willingly to his death and he did not refute any of the false charges leveled at him.

Because His goal was to die for us so we could live with him. He endured the cross for the joy of buying our freedom for us.

His earthly work shows us both God's love for us and the extent of His patience. By His death and resurrection we can be forgiven and the Holy Spirit of God can teach us directly.

Yes, we Christians are not perfect and we will never be. In that, there is hope for everyone. Jesus loves you. Ask him!

2 Corinthians 3:17 "Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom."

Decades of Building

Entrepreneurship and Hobby

Serial Entrepreneur

I've spent 30 years building and growing businesses, from concept to successful sale. This journey taught me the value of strategic vision, perseverance, hard work and genuine connection.

Electronics Design

The hobbies I find relaxing include the intricate world of electronics design, 3d printing, and fixing computers. It's come in handy in the business world too.

I have experience in many businesses: as a landscaper, a CPA in public practice, in the payroll bureau business, and with business acquisitions. For more, see the link below.

Grateful Service

Where I find Satisfaction

Live Sound & Video Engineer

I've been volunteering as a live sound engineer for churches since I was 15. I do this because I have the ability and it fits my latent technical nature. I like to help bring things into order.

Mentoring Fatherless Teens

I am most passionate about mentoring fatherless teens and young men, offering guidance and support. It's a privilege to walk alongside them as they navigate crucial years. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to speak into others lives for 25+ years.

Adventure is Good for the Soul

Family, Friends, and Open Roads

I love being present with my family and friends. These relationships are the true treasures of a life well-lived, grounding me in joy and connection. But sometimes the open road and the spirit of adventure calls to me.

I have had the uncommon experience of touring the USA for 5 months straight just exploring our HUGE land in my travel trailer and several times of 3 months or more. Doing so has brought me a greatly increased awareness of all the beauty that God has blessed us with and with difference between the news and the generous spirit of most people I met. It has been and continues to be a journey of discovery, quiet reflection, and appreciating the vast beauty of our country and her people.
